Many flower lovers are always distressed about why their fresh flowers are always in poor condition and can't bloom for a long time. Today, I'll share with you some extremely practical flower care tips!

1. Reviving flowers: Fresh flowers just bought home have lost a lot of water due to long-distance transportation, so the packaging should be opened in time to revive them. Cut the bottom of the flower stem at a 45-degree angle, which can greatly increase the water absorption area. Then soak it in clean water, with only the flower exposed. After about 8 hours of revival, the fresh flowers will come back to life.

2. Water cultivation: For water-cultivated fresh flowers, it is best to choose a transparent glass vase, which is convenient for observing the flower stem and water quality. The water for flower cultivation can be rainwater, well water or mineral water. If tap water is used, it should be left standing for a few days. The water level should not be too high, or the flower stem will easily rot.

3. Frequent water changes: There is no need to spray water on the flowers when cultivating fresh flowers. The key is to change the clean water regularly. In summer, when the temperature is high and bacteria multiply rapidly, the water should be changed every 1-2 days. In winter, when the temperature is low, change the water every 5-7 days. When changing the water, take out the flower stem and carefully rinse the inside of the vase with clean water to remove the attached dirt and bacteria. At the same time, cut the bottom of the flower stem at an angle again by 1-2 cm to keep the cut fresh and ensure smooth water absorption. A few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice can also be dropped into the water to adjust the pH value of the water and inhibit the growth of bacteria, so as to ensure a clean growth environment for the fresh flowers.

4. Nutrient supplement: Fresh flowers also need nutrients to grow in water. An appropriate amount of nutrient solution can be dropped. Aspirin tablets, vitamin C, white sugar, etc. are all good nutrient supplements. Adding 1-2 aspirin tablets, or 1-2 vitamin C tablets, or 1-2 tablespoons of white sugar to every 500 milliliters of water can supply the necessary nutrients for the flowers and prolong their flowering period.

5. Diffused light: When maintaining fresh flowers, they should be placed in a place with weak light and kept in diffused light. They should neither be exposed to the sun nor be in too dark a place. The fresh flowers can be placed indoors near the window where the sun cannot shine directly. The corners of the living room and study are all good choices. In summer, when the sun is strong, a thin gauze curtain needs to be drawn to shade the fresh flowers. In winter, when the sun is weak, the fresh flowers can be appropriately moved closer to the window to let them enjoy more warm sunshine, so that the fresh flowers can grow healthily.

By mastering these flower care tips, you can keep your fresh flowers full of vitality!
