The Phalaenopsis Golden Eagle is definitely a treasured orchid that flower enthusiasts should not miss. Its flower diameter is about 10 cm, belonging to a medium to large flower type. The plant has an elegant posture and an outstanding temperament. When it first blooms, it has a yellow-green tone, and later the flowers gradually transform into yellow. The edges of the delicate yellow petals are paired with purple shimmering edges, adding a lively and playful charm to the entire flower, which is full of fun.

Many novice flower lovers may wonder if the Phalaenopsis Golden Eagle is easy to cultivate. In fact, as long as you master the correct maintenance methods, it is not difficult to take care of.

In daily maintenance, in terms of lighting, the Golden Eagle flowers do not like direct strong light. It is advisable to place it in a place with bright scattered light indoors, such as a position near the window in the living room with the shade of curtains. Ensuring 3 to 4 hours of light per day can meet its growth needs. If the light is too strong, the leaves are likely to be burned, and if it is too weak, it will affect the differentiation of flower buds.

Watering is a technical task, and the principle of "watering when the soil is dry and seeing the soil wet" should be followed. You can insert your finger 2 to 3 centimeters into the planting medium and water when it feels dry. Generally, water once or twice a week in spring and autumn, once every 2 to 3 days in summer when the water evaporates quickly, and about once every 10 days in winter when the temperature is low. Water thoroughly until water flows out from the bottom of the pot, but never let there be water accumulation, otherwise, it is likely to cause root rot.

Fertilization is also crucial. During the vigorous growth period, apply a thin liquid fertilizer every 1 to 2 weeks, mainly nitrogen fertilizer, to promote the growth of branches and leaves. Two to three months before the flowering period, switch to phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, such as a diluted solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, which can promote flower bud differentiation and make the flowers large and brightly colored.

In terms of temperature, the Golden Eagle flowers are suitable for growing in an environment of 18-28°C. When the temperature exceeds 32°C in summer, pay attention to ventilation and cooling. When the temperature is lower than 10°C in winter, it may suffer from freezing damage, and appropriate heat preservation measures should be taken. As long as these points are done well, the Phalaenopsis Golden Eagle can thrive and bloom abundantly on the branches every year.

As long as you master the correct maintenance methods, the Phalaenopsis Golden Eagle can grow vigorously and keep blooming.
