Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica is an evergreen tree, mostly originating from Northeast China, Inner Mongolia and other places. The tree species can withstand low temperatures ranging from -40 °C to -50 °C. It can grow up to 30 meters in height and its breast diameter can reach 80 centimeters.
