The flower color is deep purple, with an elegant flower shape and neat inflorescences. The diameter of the flower is moderate. When in full bloom, it looks like dancing butterflies perching on the branches, giving people a vivid and noble visual enjoyment.

Phalaenopsis "Radiant" is also of the large-flowered type. Its flower color is bright and eye-catching, in a deep pink hue that people can hardly resist. There are clear and delicate textures on the petals. The flower shape is plump. When in full bloom, the petals slightly spread outward, just like rays of light scattering from the center to all directions. Moreover, "Radiant" has a relatively large number of flowers, which are arranged orderly on the flower stems, presenting an excellent overall ornamental effect and showing a magnificent and grand aesthetic feeling.

As for which one is better between Phalaenopsis "Double Star Radiance" and "Radiant", it mainly depends on personal aesthetic preferences.

Next, I'll introduce how to plant, cultivate and the precautions for Phalaenopsis "Double Star Radiance".

Substrate selection: A substrate that is loose, breathable and has good drainage is required, such as sphagnum moss, bark, and coir. They can be used in combination. Pay attention to preventing waterlogging with sphagnum moss, and bark and coir are beneficial for ventilation.

Light requirements: Adequate and soft light is needed, and direct sunlight in high temperatures in summer should be avoided. It can be placed in areas with scattered light, such as near the window indoors with curtains for shading or in a greenhouse where the shade net is used for adjustment.

Temperature control: The suitable temperature range is 15 - 28 °C, and it is sensitive to temperature. Keep it warm in winter and do a good job of ventilation and cooling in high temperatures in summer.

Watering method: Follow the principle of "watering when the soil is dry and stopping when it's wet". Water thoroughly but avoid waterlogging. A spray bottle can be used to spray water to increase air humidity.

Fertilization points: Fertilize regularly during the growth period. Dilute the special fertilizer and then use it for watering or spraying. Appropriately increase the proportion of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers before the flowering period, and fertilize once every 2 - 3 weeks.

Precautions:

Pest and disease control: It is easily affected by diseases such as anthrax and soft rot, and pests such as red spiders and scale insects. Keep the environment clean. When diseases are found, deal with them in time with corresponding agents, and spray insecticides to kill pests.

Pot changing: Change the pot once every 1 - 2 years, preferably in spring or autumn. Operate carefully when changing the pot to avoid damaging the roots. Clean the old substrate and replace it with a new one.
